Post 3:Lets DE-STRESS.

Stress is so common these days.Even a school going kid goes through stress that schools have kept counsellors.When did the world turn so bad?Why are we turning into machines?

I feel its time to pause and realise that we are human beings and not machines.We have emotions unlike them and needed to be treated that way.

We are stressed about exam,job,relationships,competition and the list seems endless.The simple way to de-stress life(according to me):

1)Be with the right kind of people: Be with happy people and people who have a positive aspect.As per psychology you turn to be like the people you spend your time with.So hangout with the right kind of people.Stay away from negative-talk and people who do that.They are not doing any good for themselves or you.

2)Meditation or Yoga: This is one of the things that has helped me immensely.It helps you to calm down.If not yoga then atleast start meditation.This will take the negative energy out of you and turn you to a calmer person.No matter what happens in the outer world you turn to tackle situation in a better way.All it requires is 15 mins from your schedule.If you say you are too busy to even spend15 mins on yourself then you really need to check out what you are doing.You are doing something seriously wrong and i mean it.

3)Count Your blessings: God has created a beautiful world and has been very fair with us.There is only one law which rules the Universe-You get what you give.You give good feelings you get it back,you give bad feelings you get it back.Isn't it fair?Now you know exactly what you need to do.Be thankful to all the things in your life and you will get more things to be thankful for.


4)Live your life: Your work or your college degree doesn't define you.There is much more to you than the degree or work in life.Its time you explore the world and make memories than rot yourself in what will not matter.I recently heard that when you die you see your entire life infront you.Would you want yourself seen as a sad person doing nothing meaningful in life?If not,then take charge of your life and make it interesting.Make sure you have a smile on your face even when you die.

5)No Manipulations: There are people who say me everything is a mind game and if you have to win the game of life you need to be manipulative.A strict NO.All you need is tobe kind,love immensely and stay happy and you will attract the right kind of people in your life.If you have manipulators in your life then its time to shut doors for them.If you can't avoid them completely for whatever situation you can atleast stay away from their manipulative talks.


Add happiness to your life and not stress.Nothing matters in this world than your happiness.Always remember that you are sent to this world to lead a happy life.
