EDUCATION TODAY

Being born in a Education town of India makes you education-centric howmuch ever you try to get out of it.Wherever you go you end up near a school or a college.

When you are on a vacation and you have nothing to do,you always enjoy the company of childrens.
Been playing with them,teaching them their school stuff,doing their so-called extraordinary projects(it drains of your energy..but its fun).While doing these activities was going through the text books(NCERT).The syllabus has been improved as if someone has just waved a magic wand.Its not the outdated boring syllabus anymore.Its much more interesting and much more practical.

After all this i couldn't resist myself from going to a school just to know how is the teaching methodology.**I had attacked by virus called CURIOSITY.There is no cure for this.**
But what i saw there was not what i had expected.After all this good changes you expect to see more good.But i found some of the teachers really pathetic.(NOT ALL)-There are still good ones.They needed a better education to teach these kids.

After all this experience i spoke to many parents,childrens,friends.Yes!!! they had the same view.All parents had one single point-Most of the things has to be taught at home.They just make the children write what is in the syllabus.Was it like this when we went to school or our parents went???

NOT AT ALL...

Lets not paly the blame game who is at fault...Here's the main reason behind it..

                            LETS GO 25-30 YEARS BACKWARD
We are in school and we have the best teacher.The reason behind is they were the best amongst the lot during their days and that's they were appointed to be a teacher.They were the BEST-EDUCATED.Every layman couldn't be a teacher at that time.Being a teacher itself guranteed  him/her to be the best one.

Now where do the Toppers or Ranakers land into??????

IT,Banking,Teaching(If its a Engineering,Medical Or a Management College)

While people don't get into all this SHINING fields at any cost,they turn to the last option called Primary School Teaching.Trust Me,this is the last option these days.........

Now just think........how inefficient may be this crowd who is teaching the Young India...

Is our Generation to be blamed......I would say YES to some extent!!!

We have the best of degrees but why are we not contributing??

If you ask me..Yes i should have contributed but i am human.I have my needs.I want a package through which i can lead a normal life.For our generation its not a matter of "Rozi-Roti" anymore ,for us its "Rozi-burger"..Dats us!!

Give us a hefty package we will definately end up teaching kids..We are not addicted to the programming or banking anymore.

Now that doesn't mean we can shun away from the responsibililties.
If we cant do more lets atleast teach the kids we know.
Atleast we will do something rather than nothing.



P.S. When i say about the school its not one..Been to different schools in 2 cities.Every school says the same story.
